D2M3 Merges with Symetri Ltd
In 2018, D2M3 Ltd was acquired by Addnode Group and since then we have been operating as s standalone business. On January 1st 2022, we merged with our sister company, Symetri Ltd
Some of you will be familiar with Symetri, as we work closely with them on many projects and share several customers. Part of the Addnode Group, Symetri is one of Europe’s leading providers of digital BIM, product design and lifecycle solutions.
Whilst our legal entity has changed, we will continue to be known as D2M3, and you will be working with the same great people in the same easy way. However, you should familiarise yourself with the changes summarised below as they will impact how you trade with us, and you may need to add Symetri to your approved supplier list before placing further orders.
In summary, the following changes have taken place:
- D2M3 Ltd has merged with Symetri Ltd
- Our legal entity is now Symetri Ltd (CRN: 03239798)
- We continue to be known as D2M3
- Quotations will come from D2M3
- Orders will need to be placed on Symetri Ltd
- Our website address will remain d2m3.com
- Our communications to you will look the same
