Tony Reece
Chairman and CEO
Tony gained an engineering degree in 1977, followed by a Masters in Project Management in 1991.
His initial experience was gained in engineering design and drafting prior to achieving Associate status in an Engineering consultancy at 26.
Following the establishment of his own engineering consultancy in 1986, he created a CAD consultancy in 1988.
Early in the 1990s, the firm extended the business to offer data management solutions across a number of sectors, instrumental in winning multi million dollar data management implementations for international corporations.

Ian Kelsall
Chief Technical Officer
Ian gained his initial experience as a designer engineer including projects in the nuclear sector.
In 1988, Ian joined Tony Reece to establish a CAD consultancy and went on to manage strategic CAD and data management implementations across the US and Europe.
Ian’s particular focus is the delivery of configuration management systems and web enabled business process management infrastructure for enterprises.

Simon Eaves
Associate Director; Product Management
Simon’s academic experience was gained in software development prior to his first professional appointment as a CAD Application Engineer in the AEC sector.
Pre-sales support is Simon’s responsibility, targeted on customers pain “hot spots”. Simons role includes close cooperation with software manufacturers ensuring customers’ requirements are fulfilled and product development plans established going forward.

Jim Reeder
Consultant
Jim’s gained his initial experience in the Process Industries, prior to moving into system development role. Jim joined a CAD specialist in the mid 90’s as technical manager focussed on the Oil, Process and Pharmaceutical division.
In 2003 Jim formed a specialist organisation with responsibility for document and data management, prior to being purchased by INCAT. Business development within the PDM and EDM solutions division was his primary focus together with account management responsibilities.
Jim joined d2m3 in late 2004.

Gordon McGlathery
Training Manager
Gordon brings 20 years of industry experience to his role as head of the training services team for d2m3.
Formerly the CEO of the Boston-based MicroCAD Training Institute, he has facilitated training solutions for a broad range of US and UK organizations, including Kodak, General Motors, US Navy, Ministry of Defense and AMEC.

Ken Christie
Sales Consultant
Ken sales experience was gained in a number of industries prior to joining a CAD VAR, delivering Bentley and SolidEdge CAD software.
Ken went on to form his own SolidEdge reseller focussed on marketing and sales of design & data management solutions into the manufacturing sector. Over a three year period his organisation was one of the fastest growing 3D systems resellers.
Joining d2m3 in early 2004, Ken is responsible for the sales of TDM & PLM solutions.
