Task Recipient
To support the needs of a growing organisation Task Recipient enhances the already powerful features of the Enterprise PDM Workflow by adding Project Specific Task Notifications that include Due Dates and Task Reminders.
Task Recipient extends the existing functionality of the Enterprise PDM Workflow Notifications to provide a more project oientated focus. On a project by project basis any notification recipient, such as the project approvers or checkers, can be preset. As the configuration of the rules is accessible outside of the Enterprise PDM Administration tool users who would not normally be able to access other configuration functions can still assign the project notification recipients.
As notifications sent via Task Recipient have due dates to allow outstanding tasks to be monitored and reminders sent.
Targeted at organisations or departments who currently have or are thinking of deploying Enterprise PDM and wish to introduce configurable project Tasks Notifications and monitoring.
