E-mail Manager allows your organisation to define the rules on where sent and received e-mail's and their attachments are stored in a centrally accessible location. Watching private and public Outlook folders for new emails rules can be defined to place all emails that relate to, say, a particular project and from a particular person or company in the correct folder within an Enterprise PDM Vault.
In a similar way attachments are automatically extracted for you and placed in a folder based on their type.
