Contact Manager
Get access to Contact Management information from within Enterprise PDM.
Contact Manager provides a centralised store for contact information that can be accessed from within an Enterprise Vault and used within your Documents and Drawings.
Contact Manager allows users to add, remove and edit contacts within the shared store then uses the data within Enterprise PDM file data cards to pre-populate addresses, telephone and fax numbers. Due to the bidirectional link between the file cards and document content the contact information can be used to populate documents even before they are opened for editing.
Targeted at organisations who wish to introduce a centralised contact system to Enterprise PDM that can be used to quickly create accurately populated correspondence documentation within the vault itself.
